Wild Rose Detox -- Good or Bad

The Wildrose detox program, also known as the Wild Rose Cleanse is a pretty neat detoxing system for a couple different reasons? In my continued study of detoxification of the body, I've come to the conclusion that a little head start for the body is a great way to go. In our modern culture, with sulfites, phosphates, fast food, pesticides, GMOs, and corporate farms, toxins are rampant and everywhere in food. Detoxing is one of the main keys to vitality and longevity. In fact, according to one doctor I've read, what he called "dirty blood" was the single largest factor of premature aging and health problems. That's a pretty compelling statement. And because of the wide variety of toxins in our environment, a detox kit like the wild rose detox kit is nice in order to jump start the detoxing process. That way, you can be sure that you've covered all of your bases and given your body the cleanse it needs in order to move forward effectively. I like the wild rose detox kit for three reasons. First, it's inexpensive. Second, it's all natural. Third, it comes with a corresponding diet plan for maximum effectiveness.

Many detox kits for weight loss introduce new chemicals that aren't necessarily very good for the body. In order to get best results, these kits push the body beyond the limit of what most doctors might call healthy. A gentler detox is better, especially one which will teach you good detox principles through diet so you can know what to avoid in the future and what kinds of foods promote disease and unhealthy states in the body. It's definitely a little more work, but it's worth the effort in order to stay youthful, energetic, and healthy.  Another option in the world of detoxing is chlorophyll.  If you don't know about all the detoxing properties of chlorophyll, check out chlorophyll benefits.

Wild Rose Detox -- Acid Alkaline Balance

According to current research on nutrition, different foods leave what's called an "ash" in the body. This ash is either acidic or alkaline, bringing your overall body into either an acid or an alkaline state. According to studies, many diseases and health conditions arise from the body being in an acid state. In fact, most simple detox foods will also encourage your body towards an alkaline state. Lemon is a perfect example. Even though lemon is a very acidic fruit, the ash that it leaves behind is powerfully alkaline and helps bring the body into a healthy alkaline state. It's not much of a surprise then that lemon is also a powerful detoxifying agent. There is a lot of overlap between alkaline foods and detox foods.

The wild rose detox diet system is twofold. It aims to naturally rid the body of heavy metals, while at the same time bringing the body into an alkaline state. This is a very powerful combination that not only will bring about a healthier state in the body, fighting off potential diseases and conditions, but will also help the body become a more efficient machine, boosting energy levels and vitality.

Continued Detox After Wild Rose

People don't generally want to be on a diet or detox system forever. It's very difficult to maintain that level of discipline. Fortunately, that's why getting a great jump start through the wild rose detox system will prepare you for an easier time afterward. Once your body has been fully cleansed and brought into a good alkaline state, it will be much easier to keep it there down the road. Simple things, such as drinking lemon water instead of things like soda, and drinking a detox tea instead of regular tea or coffee will go a long way with the body. With detoxing, the old proverb is true, "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." Once your body is brought into a healthy alignment through a pound of cure, keeping it there will only require and ounce of energy.

Well, it really just depends on how many toxins you've been storing up in your system. Feeling achy and feverish is one of the side effects of detoxification unfortunately. So if you have a lot of stored toxins that are being released into your system so your body can process them out, then you're probably going to feel pretty lousy for a little while.

I am using Wild Rose right now. I bought it in Vancouver Canada at a health food store Just a few weeks ago - Sept 2011. I saw what claimed to be the wild rose detox at Amazon but there is no picture. It costs a few dollars more than I paid in Canada. http://www.amazon.com/D-Tox-Kit-Brand-Wild-Rose/dp

Thanks Gina. Yeah, I tried linking to that one on Amazon as well, but it didn't come through. When I wrote this article a couple of years ago, the wild rose detox was a lot more popular. It's just hard to find these days. Thanks for the link.
