Green Vibrance -- Review

Green Vibrance is a green powder that's really packed with healthy ingredients. I could write a dozen Green vibrance reviews covering the hundred or so healthy ingredients, but we'll highlight just a few. But before we do that, one thing that I really like about this company is that they believe in full disclosure, meaning that every ingredient is listed on the side of the container, with no proprietary blends that hide fillers. This impressed me, and others like me. I found that the testimonials I read were overwhelmingly positive. They have 58 certified organic foods and extracts and have been around for the better part of 2 decades. That's a long time to be perfecting a product and fine tuning the optimal ratios of the different ingredients. I've been doing a lot of reviews on different superfood powders, things like Spirulina, Chlorella, and Progreens. And though each of these powders yield very healthy results, I'm most impressed with Green Vibrance because of it's huge variety of beneficial organic foods and extracts.

• Probiotics -- Green Vibrance has a very impressive 25 billion probiotic cultures per serving. The by far the highest probiotic content of any green powder formula I've seen. A few other formulas have 5 billion or less, but I've never seen any other formula even come close to 25 billion cultures per strain.
• Digestive Enzymes -- Green Vibrance has a number of different digestive enzymes that help assist the stomach in the breakdown of the various complex nutrients found within the powder. Green Vibrance powder is very nutrient dense and contains ingredients like grasses and algae, which aren't generally in the standard diet. So having an extra boost of digestive enzymes can be really helpful for getting the most bang for your buck.
• Green Tea Extract from Polyphenols, Catechins, and EGCG -- This is great to have in a green powder formula. Green tea polyphenols and catechins, and especially the catechin EGCG have powerful weight loss effects. Many people take green tea extract just for that purpose and it's nice to have them in a green powder formula. The catechins in green tea help to inhibit an enzyme that block the fat burning action of norepinipherine.
• Adaptogens -- Adaptogens are herbal compounds that help the body adapt better to stress, fatigue, and other conditions. In our fast paced world, it's nice to have herbal extracts that help the body adapt better to its environment. Depending on the situation, adaptogens can either energize the body, or else relax it.

Because of the fact that Green Vibrance is packed full of detoxing foods and extracts, as well as a wide variety of nutrient dense compounds, taking it may result in some unwanted side effects. When the body undergoes the detoxification process, it can make a person feel sick, as though they're coming down with a fever or the flu. A person might feel aches and nausea, and have some corresponding weakness. This is generally the result of toxins being released from the body. Similar side effects often occur with deep tissue massages. Though it's true that these fever-like side effects can sometimes be the result of an allergic reaction to one of the compounds within Green Vibrance, but more often than not, they are the result of detoxification. So before you buy Green Vibrance be aware that the potential for side effects exists. Aside from that, diarrhea is about the only other reported side effect of Green Vibrance.
