Anti Inflammatory Herbs -- Natural Anti Inflammatories
76Anti Inflammatory Herbs
Anti inflammatory herbs are a really interesting concept in the world of natural health. The reason why is because they're a nice middle ground between an all out anti inflammatory diet, and having no anti inflammatory foods in your diet at all, such as is consistent with the Standard American Diet. Foods in general are said to either be anti inflammatory or pro inflammatory. If you want more information on how food affects inflammation, check out my other article on Foods that Reduce Inflammation.
Regularly eating some form of natural anti inflammatory foods is key because it helps reduce the risk of things like arthritis and chronic autoimmune diseases. And since herbal concoctions are usually very strong, anti inflammatory herbs are a great thing to add into regular meals, or just to take in supplement form. Herbs generally have a wide variety of health benefits, and because inflammation is a somewhat complex process in the body, herbs can affect inflammation in different ways. Inflammation, when carried too far, can become a form of autoimmune disorder. It starts when negative stimuli causes an activation of white blood cells in order to protect the affected area. Inflammation is necessary to the healing process, but chronic inflammation can cause lots of long term problems and is often excessive, like an allergic reaction.

Ben, I will not lie, I have never even seen a herb I think. I eat fast food, never exercise and most of my life never had a problem in the world.
Now taking advantage of my strong polish heritage where nothing effects us has surely proven wrong.
My question is one you may not be able to answer, but I'm asking all the same.
Do inflammatory breasts cause any immediate risk? OMG I can't even believe I thought that was funnt [maybe wished] a minute ago
Honest, the past 5 years have not only got bad but bedridden, I still have not tried a single herb in all the coctails of meds. Haven't even thought of it til I saw this hub.
Question; can herbs help fibromyalgia, arthritis, if the liver is inflamed from hep c and bed sores, and my hips ae the most painful which keeps being debated if its Bursitis or arthritis.
biDo these things classify as inflammatory?
If I am way off, I apologize, but I gotta give this a try, I hear so many good things
thanks for the hub
voted up and shared everywhere of course
